Going into buying your first home can be overwhelming and stressful. My Fiancé and I were extremely anxious. There are so many new terms and information to absorb in what seems like a short time. From our first call with Cameron, he was very supportive and kind. He put many of our worries and concerns at ease while answering all of our questions. When we got to the point of going out to look at houses, Cameron was very organized and provided us with an easy itinerary that included links to directions.

At the viewings, Cameron would express his architectural knowledge and honest opinion about the house. With every viewing we saw, we were able to hone in on what we were looking for in a house, and things to keep in mind when it came to the state of a house. When the time came to make an offer on house we were hoping to purchase, Cameron was very communicative with the selling agent and us.

Again any question that was brought to him about the process was answered with knowledge, experience, and kindness. Sadly, our offer was not accepted, and although we were heartbroken and beaten, Cameron always managed to ease our worries and help us push on. This process repeated a few times. Finally, after multiple upon multiple house viewings, one of our offers was accepted.

What's scarier than looking for a house? Escrow. On the scary road to closing on our new home, Cameron was there for us. He was on top of every email and phone call until we finally closed. As my Fiancé and I celebrate the beginning of our new future, we can safely say that with all the ups and downs of purchasing our first home we always felt supported.

Cameron not only helped us find our home, he also found a way to make it fun for us in the stress of it all. I would absolutely recommend Cameron in helping you find a home.

When I first met Cameron it was for educational purposes only as I wasn't planning on purchasing a home anytime soon. Not only did Cameron meet me on my level, but he patiently outlined all the challenges and important things to consider as a home buyer entering the market for the first time.

Eventually my wife and I start casually visiting some open houses and when we stumbled upon a deal that we liked, we called Cameron up and asked him to walk us through all our options and what making an offer would mean for us.

From that point on, we started to realize just how lucky we were to have Cameron as our agent. We visited a ton of houses and made multiple offers. Throughout this process, Cameron educated us more and more about what to look for and how to balance our desires with what was available. I am a very indecisive person who constantly second guesses myself (especially when it comes to big purchases like a home). During all the ups and downs of the search, My wife and I never felt pressured by Cameron to rush or to commit to anything that we weren't absolutely in love with.

Eventually we found our dream home when a mid century Eichler home hit the market in Granada Hills. From the moment we first toured the home we fell in love and told Cameron that we were willing to do anything in our power to make that home ours. Once Cameron knew what we wanted, it was amazing to watch him work.

Not only did he masterfully represent us to the seller with letters and competitive and creative terms, he also did so in the most honorable and respectful way to both all parties. Once we were in Escrow, I began comparing notes with my friends who had recently gone through buying a home and I was surprised to hear how much of the paperwork and scheduling they had to manage themselves. This made me even more thankful to have Cameron as my agent - he was the one who arranged for and scheduled ALL the inspections, ALL the negotiation terms, ALL the complex closing details. Despite him handling all of the logistics, I never felt out of the loop about what was going on or about any decisions that were being made and Cameron always ensured I had a clear and open line of communication with any and all 3rd party specialists who facilitated this process.

Thanks Cameron for getting my wife and I into our dream home. I never imagined our first home could feel like our forever home!

A great pleasure

It has been a great pleasure working with Cameron. My wife and I came across Cameron at an open-house earlier in the year when we were looking for a property to buy. He successfully represented us as buyer’s agent (but not seller’s agent) to secure the property under a multiple counter offer situation.

A few months later, we happened to have a need to sell a property at different So Cal location.
